Eboy

Eboy

Eboy is a retro pixel art based group created in 1997 by Kai Vermehr, Steffen Sauerteig and Svend Smital. The company have used their ideas and illustrations to spread across their unique style of art which has been made into posters, shirts, souvenirs, and even displayed in gallery exhibitions. The idea of using pixels as the main point of their work is a great idea which I’m sure will bring back fun old memories of childhood games, back in the day when game graphics were at its worse which their influences come from: "Pop culture... shopping, supermarkets, TV, toy commercials, LEGO, computer games, the news, magazines. And also a new game which has just came out called ‘’Minecraft’’ which reminds me of the pixel games and lego at the same time, bring back the old!

  1. eBoy are truly 'Godfathers of Pixels'! I can totally relate on how you can't help but think back to childhood games that you used to play and remember how they looked back in the day.
